Mission Statement

To assist in the caring and recovery of injured, orphaned and/or ill wildlife.  To improve the quality of life for these animals by administering ethical treatment and placement.

To strive for overall rehabilitation of the physical and mental state of each and every animal so that they may all be released back into the wild and live out their natural life.

To treat every animal with loving kindness and respect.

Who we are:

2nd Chance Wildlife Care Center is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.  We rescue and rehabilitate sick, injured, and orphaned wildlife.

Our ultimate goal for every animal that enters our facility is to achieve full rehabilitation and return to the wild to live a healthy life and fulfill their part in the circle of life.

We offer a hands-on opportunity for those who choose to volunteer their time to help care for the animals at our facility, and our volunteers get a more one on one up close and personal experience with the animals they care for here.

We hope you can find useful information in the menu above.  You may also contact our facility if you have a wildlife emergency and need advice or help.

We are NOT currently taking any animals at this time,
until further notice.
